A joint mobile public service event, organized by various state institutions to launch the “Cities of Renaissance” Local Government Week 2026, was successfully held on September 14, 2026.

Significant contributions towards the success of this program were made by:
The Chief Incumbent of the Dellawa Sri Natharama Viharaya;
The Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and members of the Neluwa Pradeshiya Sabha, along with their staff;
The Divisional Secretary and staff;
The Medical Officer of Health and staff; and
The Officer-in-Charge of the Neluwa Police Station and staff.
This initiative provided a valuable opportunity for local residents to efficiently access a wide range of public services at a single location.
