Tenders are invited for the provision of Sinhala New Year advertising in Neluwa
town by the Neluwa Pradeshiya Sabha.
Issuance of Tender Forms – 2025.03.11 to 2025.03.24 3.00 PM
Last date for receipt of Tender Forms – 2025.03.25 up to 10.30 AM
Opening of Tenders – 2025.03.25 at 11.00 AM
Tender forms can be obtained by verifying one’s identity through National Identity Cards and paying the prescribed tender deposit and form fees to the head office. Applications will not be issued to anyone whose name appears on the blacklisted list.
Applications should be completed in duplicate and should be enclosed in two envelopes, one original and one duplicate. The two envelopes can be placed in a single envelope and sent by registered post to the Secretary, Neluwa Pradeshiya Sabha, Neluwa or can be deposited in the tender box kept at the head office. The envelope should be marked “Sinhala New Year Advertising Service” at the top left corner.
The tender trustee or his authorized representative may be present at the tender opening.
The Neluwa Pradeshiya Sabha reserves the right to accept or reject the tender.
Non-refundable form fee Rs. 1,000.00
Refundable tender security deposit Rs. 20,000.00
Minimum bid amount Rs. 100,000.00
