                             Tender notice

Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of the following scrapped vehicles. 

• The above vehicles can be checked between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm at the old hospital site in Batuwangala, Neluwa Regional Council.
• Parts of the hoist are tendered as scrap.
• Issuance of Tender Forms – From 06.09.2024 to 24.09.2024 at 3.00 PM
• Last date for receipt of tender forms – 25.09.2024 upto 10.30 am
• Tender opening – 25.09.2024 at 11.00 am
• Tender applications can be obtained by verifying their identity with National Identity Cards and paying a non-refundable form fee of Rs.1000/- and a refundable security deposit fee of Rs.10000/- to the head office. Applications will not be issued to anyone whose name appears in the blacklist.
• Tender applications can be dropped in the tender box kept at the Regional Council Head Office before 10.30 am on 25.09.2024 or sent by registered mail to the address “Secretary, Neluwa Regional Council, Neluwa”.
• If applying for more than one vehicle, a separate tender application should be submitted for each.
• Tender opening may be attended by the Tenderer or his authorized representative.
• Nelwa Regional Council reserves the right to accept or reject tenders.
• The tender conditions are mentioned in the tender application.
