Terms

• Must have tree removal experience to quote.
• Trees should be removed in such a way as not to damage the property
  of the local council.
• Trees should be removed in such a way as to minimize the damage to
  other trees in the tourist area.
  
• The debris (leaves) of the trees to be cut and removed should be removed.
  
• The relevant amount should be paid to the council before the trees are
  removed.
• Trees should be cut and removed within one month after authorization to cut trees.
• If the trees are not removed within one month, the power to remove the trees will berevoked after one month.
• At the top end of the letter, it should be written “Submission of prices for the
  removal of dangerous trees in Duwili Ella Tourism Park” and the prices should be
  written to the address of the Secretary, Neluwa Pradeshiya Sabha before 2024.07.
  Bids received after that date will be rejected.The decision of the local council is final.
